🌋 Volcano Simulator
Designed and developed for high school science students to explore plate tectonics through hands-on experimentation. Features multiple learning modes including free exploration, challenge scenarios, and real-world volcano recreation. Students can adjust magma type, gas content, and vent structure to understand how different factors influence volcanic eruptions.

Try it yourself! Switch to Challenge or Match It! modes at the top of the simulator to create specific volcano types. Use the mode buttons to test your understanding of volcanic formation.
☢️ Radioactive Decay Lab
An interactive simulation that replaces the traditional penny-flipping lab for modeling radioactive decay. Students run virtual trials, observe half-life curves in real time, and compare their experimental results against ideal decay models. Includes data collection, graphing with Chart.js, and PDF export for lab worksheet submission.

Try it yourself! Click Flip All Coins to run decay trials. Watch the parent/daughter isotope ratio shift with each half-life, then compare your curve to the ideal model.
🦕 Geologic Time Museum
A collaborative web application where students become "curators" of geological time periods. Each student logs in with an access code, claims an assigned era, and builds a virtual exhibit — contributing research, images, and sources that appear on a shared vertical timeline. Scrolling down travels back in time from the Quaternary to the Cambrian, reinforcing deep time concepts through spatial metaphor.
Features include Firebase-backed authentication with team assignments, a 100-point grading rubric with CSV export for teachers, anti-copy protections for academic integrity, guest book comments between students, extinction event markers, keyboard navigation, and a guided first-time tour. Built for ~20 students in an Earth Space Science course.
