My Story

Coming from a family of educators, I've always believed that learning is more than just passing tests—it's about creating experiences that stick with people long after the lesson ends.

I combine nearly 15 years of experience spanning UX design (since 2016) and instructional systems design (since 2020) with technical development capabilities in ASP.NET 8/C#. Whether I'm building a web-based training program or coding a custom learning platform, my focus remains the same: putting the learner at the center of everything.

I believe in human-centered solutions that create meaningful impact beyond corporate profits. Learning doesn't stop when the test is passed; it evolves, just like the learners—and that's what drives me to keep pushing for better.

My Approach

Organic Design: I prefer using structure as a foundation for creativity rather than rigid constraints. Think free-range, not caged. This philosophy extends to how I approach problem-solving—starting with a solid framework but allowing the solution to evolve naturally.

AI as Collaboration: I use AI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot as collaborative partners, enhancing rather than replacing human thinking and intentionality. The goal is to amplify creativity and efficiency while maintaining authentic human voice.

Measurable Impact: Recent achievements include a 52 percentage point improvement in service level achievement and 29% increase in new hire retention from L&D programs I designed and implemented.
