Managing Workplace Conflict in Real Time

A fully online course built to equip leaders with the practical tools to address workplace conflict as it happens — not after it spirals.

This project blends high-stakes decision-making with immersive interactions to turn passive knowledge into active leadership behavior.

About the Project

This course empowers organizational leaders and frontline managers to recognize and resolve conflict in the moment using effective de-escalation strategies and practical leadership techniques.

The course was designed to be concise, actionable, and emotionally resonant, using a scenario-first approach to simulate real-time decision-making under pressure.

  • Target Audience: Mid-level managers, team leads, emerging leaders

  • Course Length: 60–70 minutes

  • Delivery Method: Web-Based Training (WBT) — SCORM package built for LMS deployment

Reflection

“This course challenged me to balance scenario realism with interactivity, and the results exceeded expectations both in learner engagement and practical application.”

Designing this project reinforced the value of narrative structure in leadership learning. It’s one thing to tell leaders what to do — it’s another to put them in a moment and ask, What do you do now?
