My Work

Insights into My Projects/Experience

I have worked on projects that extend beyond simple instructional concepts and learning oriented content. Below you will find a mixed collection of instructional courses, onboarding development, and talent development, to name a few.

Customer Care New Hire Training

This comprehensive program provides clear and actionable instruction for new Customer Care team members. Our goal is to ensure that every new hire feels equipped and confident in their role, making the onboarding experience informative and engaging.

BPO Hybrid Training Program

Built from the ground up, this 7-week training program blended classroom, simulation, and live production to prepare new hires for complex truck repair and roadside support calls — all delivered virtually.

PC Troubleshooting Fundamentals

A focused training module designed to improve retention through video explainers, real-world examples, and frequent interactive checkpoints.

Managing Workplace Conflict in Real Time

An interactive leadership course built to improve conflict response through real-time decision-making, immersive scenarios, and focused reflection activities.

Onboarding Redesign

I led the creation of an effective onboarding program for a tech company, establishing a clear process with evaluation stages to help leaders monitor new hires’ progress and adjustment.

Great question! You can visit my About Me page to learn more in depth.

High level, my design process centers around a collaborative approach. Since I don’t know about every subject ever, it’s important that I team with the right SMEs and product owners to properly understand the goals of the learning experience.

I take an iterative approach that allows for agility within the development period, but my fundamentals are rooted in ISD and the ADDIE model.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the project scope. Generally, I provide an estimated timeline during our initial discussion, ensuring we align on deadlines that work for both of us.

Throughout my design career I have worked on projects that range from individual micro-learning builds, to a full two-month hybrid training program and everything in between that includes graphic design and learning facilitation.

My current focus is on leadership development as I believe it is one of the areas that most all companies tend to overlook, in my experience.

Feedback is crucial for me. I encourage open communication throughout the project to ensure that any changes you desire are integrated smoothly into the design.
